TGIF: 1/52 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge

Inspired by one of my closest colleagues and personal friend, Melly Lee, I’m taking part in the 52 Weeks of Gratitude Challenge. Originally created by Esther and Jacob of the LocalAdventurerBlog, each week I will explore the many facets of gratitude in the following:

1/52 Why Start This Challenge:

1. Gratitude begets contentment.
2. Maximize the enjoyment of everyday positives while minimizing the weight of inevitable negatives. 
3. Dig deep and bring to the surface the stuff that matters. 
4. Take stock of how truly great the people, events, and experiences in life are to me. 
5. Follow through on something 
6. Learn to write gooder.
