Cavallo Point Wedding Photographer – Kevin & Brittany1:32 AM
Brittany and Kevin’s wedding at Cavallo Point was nothing short of a perfect day. I shoot in the Bay Area quite often, with a good share of those destinations being San Francisco – but seeing the Bay Bridge from the other side is still something this photographer considers a rarity. Their day was beautiful, wind levels were low, and the nature of the changing light enabled me to catch some really dramatic skies while keeping the creative portraits nice and soft with a hazy/ethereal quality to it.
This year’s portfolio is being marked with an acute sense of personalism to it. Specifically, I’ve had a lot of fun and success in creating images that speak to the individuality and interests of my clients. Kevin and Brittany’s was no exception; during the rehearsal events the day before I learned that they’re a sporty bunch so it seemed only natural to somehow integrate those themes in the Creative’s – that is, the fun portraits before and after the ceremony that I’m called to directly orchestrate. Kevin brought his football and basketball along and the rest was history. =)
Another really cool thing was his dad’s vintage Mercedes. One look at it and I knew we had to try to recreate some of the best scenes from ‘the Hangover’ arguably one of the best movies in the history of man. Thankfully the entourage was game and we managed to pull these shots!
Kevin and Brittany, enjoy these highlights…lots lots more where these came from!
